My name's Khalid 👋 I'm currently an undergraduate student at university. Although my official degree title is in Mathematics & Computer Science, I also have strong interests in financial markets, various emerging technologies, and the human condition, so you'll see elements of that scattered across this site. I like to think of this as my digital brain – a personal collection of "Khalid" over the years. It's an attempt at summarising all the useful things I learn / think about that I wish to remember, but I'm also sharing it in case it inspires you or sparks something meaningful in your own life.
A big reason I started building this site in 2023It's been a very gradual process, with many stylistic and content changes along the way, but throughout it the core premise has remained the same. It's still a constant work in progress! was because I realised just how forgetful we can be. We live in an age of endless overconsumption, yet our memories are fragile. Think of all the content, ideas, and epiphanies you've absorbed and enjoyed over the years – how many of them have slipped away? Wouldn't it be nice if they could all be gathered in one place so you could revisit? This is my attempt at creating that space for myself. I hope you enjoy!
