Just start
December 16th, 2025
Life rewards action, not intelligence. It's a painful truth, but you have to throw yourself into things before you're ready. It's how you'll get things done. If you don't, you'll end up overpreparing yourself to death.
The perfectionism that you think you have is just a mask for procrastination, because in all seriousness, you'll never truly be ready to do something that you've never done before. There'll never come a day where you realise that you're finally "ready to throw yourself into the unknown" and "do something that you've never traversed before in your life."
"I'm so ready, and all the stars have finally aligned. Let's do it!"... that won't happen, so don't keep waiting for that day.You must jump in before you're ready. Take that leap, and just start. After that, you can perfect it (once you actually get somewhere with it). Because after all, you can't be good at something until you actually start it. You just have to jump in and try. It's the way life goes. Think of anything you're good at and how you first began. It's the same story.
Don't waste your life overpreparing yourself into complacency and avoidance. Just start.
